Manuel, our receptionist, is there for all your questions and wishes. Together with junior chef Walter, Sieglinde and Simone, he takes care of your booking and everything that goes with it. Manuel is a guy with sensitivity and charisma, polite, warm and close to nature.

Junior chef Reinhold stands for the highest culinary art. He is actively supported by his hard-working kitchen team, which also includes Mama Rosa and cousin Tobias. Reinhold is not only a cook with heart and soul, but also a baker and butcher. So he processes the meat from his own farm himself and our bread is also freshly prepared by Reinhold and Tobias every day. Reinhold loves to surprise our guests again and again with his combination of regional South Tyrolean cuisine, Mediterranean dishes and creative ideas – see for yourself.

Deborah pampers our guests with classic and special massages. Tip: Treat yourself to an aroma oil massage with natural mountain pine oil from the Villanderer Alm.

You will find Rosa at the reception, in the kitchen or in the garden, where she lovingly grows, nurtures and cares for fine Alpine herbs, Mediterranean spices, fresh vegetables and salads. Certainly not her only talent. In addition to her green thumb, she also has an eye for detail: as a trained seamstress, she provides the stylish touch in the hotel – bed linen, curtains and table linen are all home-made. There’s no need to mention it, you’ll probably think of it yourself …

The one who got the ball rolling, passionate farmer and man for all occasions.
Takes care of the mountain farming from 800 to 2,000 m on the hotel’s own mountain pasture. He supplies the kitchen with high-quality organic meat from Scottish Highland cattle and organic young pigs. He also takes care of the mountain hay for our guests’ hay baths.
Josef is the all-round talent and the man for all occasions – from light bulbs to wood chips!

Junior and head chef, butcher and baker.
He has been a cook with heart and soul for over 15 years. Along the way, he has also trained as a butcher and baker and can thus process the meat from his own farm himself. Reinhold also prepares the bread fresh every day. The credo of his cuisine? Preferably regional and homemade, but natural, healthy and wholesome.

Entertainer, organiser, gastronomy expert and folk musician at heart.
Walter can be found here and there – at the reception, the bar and at the weekly barbecues on the hotel’s own mountain pasture. There you can experience the harmonious connection Walter cultivates with his accordion live. It gets really sociable when he sings songs about the mountains and the wide open spaces. Swaying is the order of the day! In addition to his vocation as an entertainer, he takes care of the big picture in the house and always has new ideas up his sleeve.

Simone has everything under control – she takes care of her two sons Max and Leo and works in the service area with a lot of dedication and heart. Because she likes to spend her free time in the beautiful South Tyrolean countryside, she always has good hiking tips in store.

Historian, geographer, tour guide, mum and trained tourism specialist.
In addition to her training as a tourism specialist & tour guide and her studies in geography & history, Sieglinde has travelled a lot – yes, you could actually call her a globetrotter. She has expanded her horizons around her hometown of Villanders: from Patagonia to the North Pole, she has experienced and discovered a lot. Today she is the mother of three sons and responsible for the marketing of the two hotels.
