Guest-ABC

Bread roll service

We take the order of the desired bread rolls until 18:00. You will find the fresh bread in the bread bag next to your flat door the next morning.  

Bus stop

The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Simply exit at the main entrance and follow the road to the right. Public transport is free of charge with the Brixen Card.

Bicycle room/ski room

In the southernmost part of our building you will find the bicycle/ski room. You can park your bicycles/skis and ski boots there and lock them safely.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you can wash and dry your laundry - after previous arrangement with us - we charge €5 per washing or drying course. You are also welcome to borrow the vacuum cleaner hose for the central vacuum cleaner there.

Our holiday apartments have:

  • Bed linen and towels (towels are changed once a week, by arrangement more often with an extra charge of 5.00 €)

If needed we will be pleased to provide you with a cot, high chair and changing mat.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for our next guests! We have a lovely dog and three cats ourselves, unfortunately they are not allowed in the flats.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the building.

Safe

There is a safe in each holiday flat for storing valuables. For information on how to use it, please refer to the instructions. We cannot accept liability for items that are not stored in the safe.
