A farm holiday is the best opportunity to taste fresh and delicious local produce every day. Experience at first hand how we obtain our products from our own and regional agriculture, use them directly or process them with care into first-class delicacies.
Our beloved garden gives us various precious produce every year. Hildegard and Martha enjoy transfomring these things into specialties such as fruit preserves of apricot and cherry or sirup of elderberry or lemon balm.
Depending on the season we also have various fruits and vegetables aswell as fresh eggs daily. We also offer a breakfast basket service and along with fresh bread where we bring a selection of our finest creations to your apartment for you to enjoy in the morning.
With a lot of joy and love for nature, we prepare unadulterated, vitamin-rich, healthy delicacies.
In our product corner in the entrance area you will find the following homemade delicacies:
Marmalades: Apricot, strawberry, sour cherry, raspberry, plum and redcurrant.
Syrup: elderflower and sour cherry currant
Herbal salt: marigold, chives, rosemary, beetroot, parsley and basil
