The Löwenhof is convinced that the origin and quality of raw materials, regionality and seasonality are the basis for every successful dish. That is why the Löwenhof kitchen mainly uses products from South Tyrol. The artistry of our kitchen team and the fine intuition of the head chef with his team give rise to aromatic dishes. The South Tyrolean specialities and delicacies from the Mediterranean cuisine are all homemade and no flavour enhancers are used in their preparation. Of course, their South Tyrolean specialities are also available in vegetarian or vegan versions and they cook dishes for people with food intolerances, which are marked on their menu. They will be happy to recommend a matching wine from their wine list with over 100 labels.
Only the best ingredients are also used on their pizzas from the wood-fired oven.
