And for dinner? We offer you maximum freedom for your culinary discoveries. Every day – except Tuesdays – our DINNER VARIATIONS await you with many exciting discoveries from South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine.

More than Veneziano and co: at the APEX Bar, the name says it all. In addition to popular classics, cocktails and coffee specialities, you will find a variety of innovative drinks and unconventional aperitifs with and without alcohol. Local beer specialities, exquisite wines, refreshing lemonades and iced teas as well as exciting in-house creations round off the range.
