Things to know A-Z

We have summarised all the important information for your stay with us in Tirolo here. Of course, we are also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have in person.

 

 

Check In & Out

The rooms and suites are available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate them by 11.00 am. Please do not forget to hand in your room cards.

Breakfast

Start the day with our varied breakfast buffet from 07.30 – 10.30 am. Afterwards, you decide what, when and where you want to eat. We offer daily snacks and in the evening (except Tuesdays) we invite you to be inspired by our new culinary concept. Reservations for evenings are required.

On request, we can also serve breakfast in your room (for a charge of €40.00 per person).

Parking & Garage

The car park and garage are available to our guests free of charge.

ATM

ATM's you can find at the Raiffeisenkasse Tirol and at the Sparkasse.

Athletic room

Our Athletic room is open daily from 07.00 to 20.00 for you free of charge. You will find cardio equipment, weights and calisthenics equipment. Children under 16 are not allowed.

Apex

Apex is the new meeting place at the Laurin - a free space to linger, savour, browse and chat. Here we spoil you almost around the clock with delicious snacks from the snack menu and of course serve refreshing drinks, aperitifs and cocktails.

Bus stop

The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Simply exit the main entrance and follow the road to the left (bus stop in the direction of Merano and chairlift). Coming from Merano/Meran, please use the Tirolo bus station stop.

Bill

You are welcome to settle your final bill by 9.30 pm on the evening before your departure. You can pay in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We would like to point out that, in accordance with current legislation, cash payments may only be made up to an amount of 4,999.99 euros.

Bathrobes & bath towels

Bathrobes and bath towels are available free of charge for your entire stay. For the sake of the environment: please bring your own slippers. Thank you very much!

Credit cards

We accept EC cards, Visa and Mastercard. Attention - NO American Express and Diners Club!

Dogs / Domestic animals

By prior arrangement, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you - we charge € 19.00 per day without food. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining areas, wellness area or pool areas. At some selected tables, your dog may accompany you to meals.

Do not disturb

You don't want to be disturbed on holiday? Then please hang the appropriate sign on the outside of your room door.

Emergency

You can call the European emergency number 112 free of charge from any landline or mobile phone anywhere in the EU. You will be connected directly to the emergency services - police, ambulance, fire brigade. If you need our help at night in the event of an emergency, please call reception on tel. 9 or +39 0473 923363.

Extras

By stating your room number, you can add all extras and drinks to your room bill. You will receive a receipt on the breakfast table the next day for checking.

Environment protection

For the sake of the environment, we have our own photovoltaic system both in the hotel and in the residence. The rainwater is collected and used for watering our garden.

Hotel entrance

The main entrance is closed from 23.00 - 07.00. You can use your key card to enter the hotel at any time via the night entrances. For hotel guests, this is to the left of the main entrance; guests from the residence open the entrance to the residence (sunbathing lawn level) with the key card.

Hotel bar

Our hotel bar is open daily for you until midnight at the latest. In order to maintain a quiet night in the hotel, we ask you to leave the terrace at 11.00 pm and go inside the Apex.

Medical services

You will find Dr Sleiter's group practice in the Lingweg 14. Opening hours: Monday 08.30 - 11.30 Tuesday 08.00 - 10.00 Wednesday 08.30 - 11.30 Thursday 16.00 - 20.00 Friday 10.00 - 13.00

Pharmacy

The pharmacy in Tirolo is located in Via principale 19A, just above the bus station on the left-hand side. Opening hours Monday 08:15 - 12:15 / 13:30 - 19:00 Tuesday 08:15 - 12:15 / 15:30 - 19:00 Wednesday 08:15 - 12:15 Thursday 08:15 - 12:15 / 15:30 - 19:00 Friday 08:15 - 12:15 / 15:30 - 19:00 Saturday 08:15 - 12:15 A regular pharmacy is always open for emergencies.

Post office

The post office in Tirolo is located directly below the tourist office on the main road. There is also a post box there.

Pools

  • Indoor pool, 29 degrees, 100 square metres of water surface open from 07.00 - 20.00 hrs
  • Saltwater pool with massage corners, 34 degrees, open from 07.00 - 20.00 (access not permitted for children under 6 years)
  • Outdoor pool, 16x8m, heated, open from 08.00 - 19.30 hrs. In spring and autumn, depending on the weather, we sometimes close the cover during the day. The outdoor pool is covered, but you still want to swim outside during opening hours (08.00 - 19.30)? No problem - just let us know at reception and we will be happy to open it for you (except in strong winds and thunderstorms).

Reception

We are there for you every day from 07.30 - 21.30 to fulfil your wishes and inform you about activities, excursion tips or events.
You can reach us from your room by dialling 9.

Repairs

Should a repair be necessary in your room, please report this to the hotel reception. We will then take care of it as quickly as possible.

Smoking

All premises and rooms are absolutely non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Safe

There is a safe for storing valuables in every hotel room. Please refer to the instructions for use. We accept no liability for items that are not stored in the safe.

Sauna

The wellness area is open daily from 14.00 - 19.30 and is a textile-free zone.

The sauna world is a relaxation area - please do not reserve the loungers with towels.

Shop

The shop at the reception is open daily for you - here you can find regional products as a souvenir of your holiday or as a gift for those who stayed at home!

Towels

Every day, tonnes of towels are washed unnecessarily all over the world. Please do your bit for the environment: towel on the floor means ‘please wash’, towel on the hook means ‘I'll use it one more time’. Thank you

Tap water

The tap water comes directly from the Spronsertal valley and you can drink it without hesitation. Drinking water is available in the restaurant for a fee.

Tourist tax

Persons aged 14 years and over have to pay a tourist tax (local tax) of € 3,40 per person per night. This fee is only payable on departure.
