Arrival & Departure
- The rooms are ready for occupancy from 14.00 p.m.
- On the day of departure they are at your disposal until 10.00 a.m.
Breakfast & Lunch Pack
- Breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m.
- Packed lunch to take away 8.50 Euro.

Parking Place
The car park is located on the left behind the old hay barn and is available free of charge for our guests.

Animals
Animals are not allowed.
Bus Stop
The bus stop is a 10 to 12 minute walk away. Simply exit at the main entrance and follow the road to the St. Zyprian chapel, remember the Tiers Ziegelofen stop! Public transport can be used free of charge with our Alpe di Siusi MobileCard.
Bancomat
There is an ATM at the Raiffeisenbank branch in Tiers.
Community games
In our common room there are various communal games which are freely available to you.
Experience our farm!
Would you like to follow our animals and the work on the farm in detail? Don't hesitate to ask us! Whether it's haymaking, picking berries or mucking out the stables, experience our everyday life!
Evening rest
If you have to get up early, you need a quiet night's sleep! Out of respect for our guests, we ask you not to make any unnecessary noise after 10pm. Thank you very much!
Electricity, water, heating
For the love of the environment: Please use the resources you take for granted sparingly! Nature will thank you for it!
Fridge for our guests
In the entrance area there is a refrigerator for our guests. You can store your food there and also store frozen food in the freezer compartment.
Fresh linen and towels
In case of a longer stay or need, we will gladly exchange the bed linen and towels for you. Please let us know!
First aid kit for small wounds
A first aid kit for minor injuries is located at the entrance on the guest fridge!

Library
You are welcome to browse through our small library in the common room and take a book with you to your room. You will find very interesting things there! A book list is available.
Mobile Card Alpe di Siusi
We provide you with the free Mobile Card Alpe di Siusi for your entire holiday, with which you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol.

If you are travelling by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the nearest bus station. We kindly ask you to register with us in advance!
Rainy weather programme
It's raining or the weather is not conducive to a nice hike? Ask for a farm tour and take a closer look at the farm! Of course, many questions are welcome!

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please smoke in front of the house. Thank you for your respect to others!
Safe
There is a safe in each room for storing valuables. Please refer to the instructions for information on how to use it. We cannot accept liability for items in the safe.
Sports equipment rental
We are happy to provide you with the following equipment on request:

- Rain protection
- Backpacks for hiking
Tableware and cutlery
If you would like to prepare something small for yourself in the evening, you are welcome to take crockery and cutlery from the breakfast room.
Tourist Information Tiers
You will find the tourist office in Tiers directly opposite the Hotel Vajolet.
Waste separation
Waste separation is very important to us here at the Veraltenhof. In our woodshed you will find various waste bins where you can dispose of your waste properly.
