The herb beds can be found everywhere on the farm. Whether above the farm, in front of the front door or on the terrace, if you open your eyes you will see the plants growing! We cultivate the following herbs: Rosemary, thyme, lavender, mountain savory, sage, wormwood, peppermint, balm, marigold and cornflower.
Selfmade farm products
A farm holiday is the best opportunity to taste fresh and delicious local produce every day. Experience at first hand how we obtain our products from our own and regional farming, use them directly or process them with care into first-class delicacies.
The natural raw materials come from our farm, are harvested by us and processed by the farmer’s wife with much love and according to South Tyrolean tradition into homemade quality products.
The farm’s own products include syrups made from elderflowers, peppermint and the various berries from our berry patch. You can also taste our homemade fruit spreads and apple compote from our apple trees, the pickled pears from our pear tree, honey from our bees and homemade cakes and the farm’s own herbs for a natural tea treat.

- Honig unserer Honigbienen
