Fresh mountain air makes you hungry.

Our chefs Josef and Martin Auer, sons and junior chefs of the host family, can hardly wait to conjure up a feast for your senses. South Tyrolean specialities with Mediterranean touches or sophisticated international cuisine, even spoilt palates will rejoice.

Of course, our delicacies are mainly prepared with fresh products from the region. Our neighbours have the best meat, the tastiest cheese and the crunchiest vegetables to offer.

On the sun terrace you will almost feel like you are by the sea, despite the fantastic view of the Dolomites.

We serve you even more dolce vita with an exotic cocktail and imaginative aperitif.

Our delicious snacks satisfy the little hunger in between and those with a sweet tooth reach for the fruity ice cream sundae or our apple strudel made to a family recipe. But with whipped cream, please!
