Check in & out

Check in: from 3 p.m.

Check out: by 10:30 a.m.

Early check in / Late check-out is only possible on request. Please do not forget to hand your room cards in when you leave!!

Meal times

Breakfast buffet daily from 7:15 am to 11:00 am

Lounge bar from 8 am to midnight

Afternoon snack 3.00pm to 4:30 pm

Dinner daily from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

We ask you to dress appropriately.

Parking

The parking lot is available to our customers free of charge. The E-charging stations are near the hotel.

Garage space with reservation – Euro 20.00 per day

Guest-ABC

Bus

The bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Simply exit the main entrance and follow the street to the right. Public transport can be used free of charge with the GuestPass

Children

The games room is near the dining room. Please use your room card to gain access.

Car repair shop and towing service

In the event of a car breakdown, it is best to contact the Lunger Erich car repair at Welschnofen Tel. 0471/613531 or 335/6924075

Hotel entrance

When you come home later in the evening, your room card will open the entrance door to the hotel.

Laundry service

If you want to make use of this service, we ask you to put your laundry in the laundry bag provided, write down the room number on it and place it on your bed.

The house fairies will be happy to bring the clean and fresh laundry back to your room after a few hours.

The prices for the laundry service can be found on the list next to the laundry bag.

Payment

                                
Can be paid in cash, by bank or crossed check, as well as by EC card or credit card. Amex and Diners cards are not accepted. You are welcome to pay your bill after dinner on the evening before your departure, until 10 p.m., or from 7:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

All of our rooms are non-smoking and you will find an ashtray on your balcony.
