Allergies

Our kitchen team is specialized in preparing special menus. (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.)

Bathing Things

Your bathrobe is in Your room. Bathing towels are at Your disposal next to the indoor pool and in the spa-area.  Your free bathing shoes are available at the reception.

Bus Stop

The next bus stop is reachable in two minutes by feet. Simply exit the hotel and follow the right street. Utilizing public transport with Your HolidayPass, is for free.  

Dogs

In Todo, dogs are only allowed on request. We ask You politely to bring Your own towel/ basket.
Please understand that only one dog per room is accepted. Dogs are not allowed to enter in the spa-area, garden, and the dining room to respect the other guests.
The daily price for dogs is 12,00 € (without diet). An eventual final cleaning fee is possible.

Farmacy

In case of any health issue, turn to the reception. They will give you the necessary information discretely.

Holiday Pass

On Your arrival, You will receive Your Holiday Pass, with whom You can use the public transport in South Tyrol for free and get a discounted entry in selected South-Tyrolean museums.

Journals

We will gladly bring You the morning newspaper. Please inform us about Your wish at the reception.

Means of payment

We accept payments in cash, with credit cards (except American Express) and EC. Please keep in mind that cash payment is limited according to the Italian regulations. Wir akzeptieren Bargeld, Kreditkarten (außer American Express) und EC.

Reception

You will get Your hiking map at the reception. We are also at Your disposal for additional hiking-, excursion- or event suggestions. Moreover, here You can also arrange Your desired beauty- or massage treatment.

Smoking

Smoking inside the building is prohibited.

Safe

Every hotel room has a safe, in order to provide a store for Your belongings. Please read the instructions before You use the safe. We cannot assume any liability for objects that were not stored in the safe.
