Arrival & departure
  • On the day of arrival: the apartment will be available from 2.00 pm
  • On the day of departure: the apartment is to your disposal until 10.00 am
  • Check-in: please go to the Pra Palmer the green B&B reception to collect your keys

For an extra charge, you can enjoy fresh bread every day.

Drinkable water

Drinking water in Val Gardena

For the love of nature. Tap water is good for the environment since it reduced bottling and transport of goods. From 2,000 water sources. Regular checks ensure the high quality of South Tyrol’s drinking water.

Freely accessible throughout the house without password.

The parking space in our garage is available free of charge for our guests.

Bus stop

The bus stop is in the centre of Ortisei (S. Antonio Square) and is a 10-minute walk away. Public transport throughout South Tyrol can be used free of charge with the Val Gardena Mobil Card.

Final cleaning

No final cleaning charges will be applied if the apartment is returned clean at the end of your stay.

Pets are accepted if they are quiet, clean, and that their owners keep an eye on them.

All the apartments and indoor areas are non-smoking areas. Thank you for your understanding!
