Therefore, we have changed the applicable cancellation conditions for the 2021 summer season in your favour. In order to facilitate your travel planning, you can therefore change or postpone your stay for all reservations in 2021 at any time free of charge if there are travel restrictions or legal measures that prevent you from travelling to South Tyrol.

Should there be a change in the COVID-19 situation in South Tyrol at short notice during your stay, an early departure free of charge is possible.

A free cancellation is also possible if the infection curve in your hometown or with us in South Tyrol rises exceptionally or if there is an official travel warning for our region.

If you have already made a deposit, we will convert it into a value voucher that you can redeem at any later date.

Hygiene and cleanliness have always been a priority for us.

Several times a day we clean and disinfect some areas in our house. We only use antibacterial and disinfectant cleaning agents. We have also provided sufficient hand disinfectant for greater safety.

The rooms themselves are aired and cleaned particularly thoroughly each time guests change.towels, carpets and bed linen are washed at 90°.

Should you require disposable gloves and disinfectant gel for hand hygiene or disinfectant for surfaces, we will be happy to provide these.

You can enjoy our culinary offer with even more service. For your maximum safety and comfort, we work with mouth guards and serve as much food as possible at the table.

The buffet area is still open on a regular basis and is offered in compliance with safety regulations.

At the table, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner as usual in comfort without a mouth guard at your table.

In the dining room, at the bar and on the terrace, our tables are arranged in such a way that a safety distance of one metre from the person sitting next to you can be guaranteed.
