Our cows are milked twice a day and give us the gift of their hay milk.

Some of the declicious hay milk we keep for our dear guests and for ourselves.

Most of it is delivered to the local dairy factory which produces cheese, yoghurt, butter, curd and more.

Our calves and cows are of the typical local breed “Simentaler”.

You are welcome to come by at the cowshed around 18pm to have a look while we are milking the cows!

You can watch our free-range chickens all day around the barn building.

Currently, 15 chickens and a rooster live on the Nösslerhof and delight us daily with fresh eggs.

The bacon from our pigs is smoked and produced by senior farmer Hans and farmer Georg together in love and according to exact time specifications in a process passed down for generations.

The chimney sausages from our pigs and cattle are produced from our trusted butcher and hang in our smokehouse.

They are perfect to bring along on your hikes and taste fantastic with the Antholz Schüttelbrot [available at the bakery Seeber in Antholz Mittertal]!

We process the regional fruits during summer to the delicious fruit spread. Only the best fruits come into our pot.

You can choose between strawberry fruit spread and apricot fruit spread – or try both!

In our herbal salt are chives, parsley, celery, sage, rosemary, thyme, origano, basil, mountain savory, til, marjoram, chervil, St. John’s wort and of course untreated organic salt.

The fresh herbs are finely ground with the untreated natural salt and dried in the oven with the oven door slightly open at a maximum of 40 degrees for about an hour. After sifting and mixing, it is ready to enjoy!
