Our cows are milked twice a day and give us the gift of their hay milk.
Some of the declicious hay milk we keep for our dear guests and for ourselves.
Most of it is delivered to the local dairy factory which produces cheese, yoghurt, butter, curd and more.
Our calves and cows are of the typical local breed “Simentaler”.
You are welcome to come by at the cowshed around 18pm to have a look while we are milking the cows!
