Butter, natural yoghurt and curd cheese, various types of cheese from a South Tyrolean alpine dairy. Fresh milk from a South Tyrolean dairy farm. Local sausage specialities, breakfast eggs, various mueslis, fragrant coffee, honey, homemade jam in 4 varieties, freshly cut fruit salad every day, crunchy fruit and vegetables, apples from our own farm. Homemade naturally cloudy apple juice and elderberry juice. Open herbal and fruit teas.
In the warm season, breakfast can also be taken on our newly designed garden terrace. Accompanied by the chirping of birds, the first rays of sun and the scent of flowers and bushes.
