Details
From Mals to Schleis (1,075 m) and over the Polsterhof (or the main road of Burgeis) with the first struggle up to Schlinig (1,725 m). Onwards to Alp Planbell and take the climb from the alp to the hut Sesvennahütte (2,256 m). This only a few manage without getting off the bike.

From the Sesvennahütte (suggestion: Fölla Nudel) begins the fun on the trail on the Swiss side. A beautiful trail wriggles to the Schlinigpass, lying 100 m above, before the descent to the gulch makes the heart of mountain bikers beat faster. The gulch looks stunning, but also a bit scary. Get off and push is the prime necessity. At the end of the gulch waits a beautiful 8.5 km long descent to Sur En. There turn right and follow the Inn down the river on the bike path to Martina (1,050 m). The climb into the Austrian village Nauders occurs along the pass road Norbertshöhe (1,405 m). Downwards it goes along the bike path via Nauders to the Reschen Pass in Italy and onwards to Graun with the famous tower in the lake. Here definitely attracts a stop and an ice cream! On the bike path back to the starting point.

Tip: sleep-over on the Sesvennahütte.
