Keycard

To be able to turn on the light and electricity, please insert the key-card into the device you will find at the entrance. When leaving, we ask you to remove the key-card, for the sake of our environment.

Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You are also welcome to make a bank transfer, in that case the balance must be credited to our account at least one day before your departure.

Art sculptor

Our tip for an alternative program: we invite you to visit our art sculpture workshop and get to know the four hundred year old tradition of wood sculpture in Val Gardena.

Bus & Train

We have the privilege of living in a UNESCO area, with the need and the duty to protect this natural heritage. Our guests receive a free mobilcard - mobility card for South Tyrol, with which they can use all buses in Val Gardena and in the region of Bolzano, for free: A good opportunity to leave your car at rest.

Drinking water

The water from our taps is fresh drinking water of the highest quality, given to us by mother nature. It comes from the Cunfin area, near the Sassolungo and the Sassopiatto. We invite our guests to drink this pure water instead of buying plastic bottles that pollute the environment.

Garbage separation

We ask you please to separate plastic, cardboard, cans, glass and paper (see the hut behind the house), the rest belongs in the dark gray garbage can.

Holy Masses

Holy Masses in the parish church of Ortisei: Saturday 6.30 pm (german/italian language) Sunday 09.00 am (german language) Sunday 10.30 am (italian language) More info on: http://www.pluaniaurtijei.it/

Laundry wash

On Wednesday you will be provided with fresh towels and bath towels. If you stay for several weeks, you will also receive fresh bath towels and bed linen on Saturday. Private laundry: We are happy to provide you with a washing machine with washing powder at a price of 8,00 euro per wash.

Swimming pool Mar Dolomiti

Our guests have every day free entrance to the swimming pool Mar Dolomit (indoor and outdoor), just two minutes walk from the house. Ask for your personalized ticket, which can be used for the entire stay.

TV

On TV you will find numerous channels, in different languages. You can also connect to your smartphone and watch your favorite movies.

Towel warmers

To turn on the towel warmers, please click on the switch above the light switches in your bathroom. The radiators will then warm up for 30 minutes.
