Guest-ABC

Accessories to rent

You are welcome to rent hiking sticks, mountain bikes and e-bikes at our reception. The mountain bikes are free of charge, for e-bikes we charge 45,00 € per bike, for a full day use. You can hire skis at the sports shop Max in Falzeben. To explore our beautiful mountains, we keep a backpack free of charge ready for you during your stay. We are pleased to help you with some information for your bike or walking trip.

Allergies

Please inform us about your allergies and our cuisine team will prepare a special meal according to your specific needs.

Alpin Bob

The Alpin Bob is one of the attractions in the Merano 2000 area. With a length of 1.1 km and a traveling time of 3-5 minutes, the Alpin Bob is a memorable experience for young and old. The Alpin Bob is located close to the summit station of the Merano 2000 Cable Car.

ATM

The closest ATM is here in Hafling. You need to go in direction of Merano and above the fuel station you will find it, next to the tourist office at the bank “Raiffeisenkasse”.

Baby Package

Certainly we provide you our baby packages including baby bed, baby’s changing unit, baby phone, baby tab, toilet seat for children, bottle warmer and water boiler free of charge. To activate our hotel internal baby phone, please contact the reception. We are pleased to show you the instructions.

Bath towels and bathrobe

We take care of the environment, therefore please note the following: towels in the bathtub/shower means: “please wash”, towels on the hook means: “I use it again”. You find the wellness bag in your room with sauna towels, bath slippers and bathrobes. These are free of charge for your whole stay. If you prefer a different bathrobes size, please let us know.

Breakfast package

If you check out before 07:30 am, we are pleased to offer you a breakfast package (instead of regular breakfast) for your journey back home. We kindly ask you to inform us until 06:00 pm on the day before.

Cable car

Our free hotel shuttle will drive you, during the winter months, in only 5 minutes to Merno2000 to a wonderful network of trails, 45 km of well-kept ski slopes and walking trails. The ski tickets are available at the cable car station in Falzeben. Trail maps and information are available at the reception and our fitness trainer will be pleased to give you some helpful tips about your walking route.

Carriage ride with Haflinger horses

It’s an absolute highlight! You can enjoy a romantic carriage ride! You are welcome to book it through our hotel or directly at the horse stable.

Cosmetics

We carry out your well-being treatments in the most natural way possible! Therefore we use the healing properties of nature and exclusively cosmetic products of “Dr. Team Joseph”, !QMS Cosmetics and the hairdresser brand Davines with their high quality and plant-based ingredients. Do you wish to take some beauty products at home with you? Our SPA team is happy to recommend you the most suitable cosmetic for you!

We accept EC Cards, EuroCard, Master Card and Visa. ATTENTION: WE DO NOT AMERICAN EXPRESS and ACCEPT DINERS CLUB!

Dogs

Also your well-behaved dog is welcome at our hotel. For your dog we charge 35,00€ per day without food. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, SPA area and garden area. In the modern new Mountain Blue Bar, your dog is allowed to join you for breakfast and dinner. Your 4-legged friend is welcome in our new Mountain Suites, as well as in the new Chalet and Family Suites.We would be pleased to show you some walking trails, also the “dog toilet” is not very far from our Hotel.

Drinking water

The tap water in the whole hotel has the best drinking quality, comes directly from the mountain spring and is free of charge. In the restaurant you can order water for an extra charge.

Drying room for hiking boots or ski equippement

You can leave your wet and dirty hiking boots in the warm drying room at floor -2 next to the garage. To avoid dirt to come in, we kindly ask you to leave your shoes in the drying room.

Environment protection

Our resources are important to us, that’s the reason why we already thought about our environment when we built the hotel: for the toilet flush we use rain water, we produce hot water and keep the heating going by wood chips. We have an own photovoltaic system, which is very helpful, because the whole hotel is built to the south side. We have an ecological heat insulation and we are honored with the ecological label. Nature, clear mountain air and fresh drinking water, coming from a mountain source is invaluable. In the restaurant you can order drinking water for an extra charge.

Excursions

You find all information and excursion or city maps at the reception. Our wellness trainer will inform you about the hiking trails and hot spots of your destination. Weekly we organize guided excursions, and you can find all important information about the program on the daily morning brochure, on our Body and Mind program or online on www.tipps.it/chalet-mirabell

Extras

Tell us your room number and we will charge all extras and drinks on your room. On the next morning you will find the bill on your breakfast table for a double check.

First aid and emergency

If you need a doctor, please contact the reception for further information or call +39 3356167558 / +39 0473279300. In case of emergency, please contact directly the medical emergencies at the number 0112.

Fitness centre

Fit for fun! The fitness center is open daily from 07:00 am to 08:00 pm and is located on floor -1, at the end of the corridor in the Premium SPA. It is free of charge. The entry is not allowed to children under the age of 16. We offer you a current fitness and exercise program. Get it at the reception!

Flowers

You would like to surprise someone special? We can arrange for you a beautiful bouquet of flowers, please inform us on time. For the pick-up service we charge € 10,00.

Gift-Vouchers

It’s always a special present to your loved ones. We offer various gift-vouchers for a stay at the Mirabell, a relaxing massage or a romantic package. Get the vouchers at our reception or on our website (www.residence-mirabell.com).

Golf

You just need 35 minutes by car to our partner golf club “Passeier”. By booking through our hotel, you get a discount of 20%, you receive the voucher at the hotel reception. We are also pleased to reserve your start time at one of the various other golf courts in the area, like the golf club in Lana, which is about 20 minutes away.

Guest card

With the guest card you will get many discounts in the region. Get the details- flyer at the reception.

Hair dresser

For appointments, we will be happy to assist you at the SPA reception (dial 850) or directly at the front desk (dial 800).

Hiking

At the reception we have walking maps, backpacks and hiking sticks at your disposal (on loan). We are happy to advise you some nice walking trails.

Hotel bar

Our Mountain Blue Bar is open daily, our bartenders are happy to welcome you and to recommend the perfect drink for your taste! The next morning you will find a summary of your bar bill on your breakfast table for a double check.

Hotel entrance

The entrance door is closed from 11.00 pm to 07.00 am. With your key card, you can enter the hotel at any time through the night entrances. One night entrance is located on the right side of the main entrance and the other near the “Check In” sign in the hotel parking.

Identity cards / passports

On the day of your arrival you have to show us you ID or passport. Please make sure you are not leaving without it.

Ironing service

If you have cloths for ironing, please inform the reception and you will get back the freshly ironed clothes as soon as possible. The cost will be charged on your room.

Jogging

Do you like to spend time outside in the nature? Start directly from the Hotel! At the reception you can get a walking map. If you prefer to practice sport indoor, we have a well-equipped fitness room at floor -1.

Key card

With your room card you can open any door in the Hotel: ski room, garage, wellness area… Please don’t forget to leave the key card at the reception on your departure day.

Kids area "Little Mirabell"

We take care about your little ones (from 3 years). You get the daily kid´s program at your arrival day or at the hotel reception. At floor -1 you find the spacious and light-exposed kid´s adventure world with childcare. Our Teen-guests will find in the Chill out Youth lounge a table soccer, reaction and sport games and much more. There is also a children’s cinema twice a week.

Lamas

Take part to the guided lama-tour with our fitness guide, which takes place weekly! Our 4 lamas Marlon, Manolo, Marvin and Malou are happy when they go for a walk through the forest. This little tour is really easy and everyone can do it! Guide the lamas by yourself and learn more about those fluffy animals!

Late Check-Out

SPA Late-Check Out: After leaving the room you can use the SPA and wellness area, including lunch and cake buffet for 35,00 € per person (free of charge with a stay of 3 nights or more). Room Late-Check Out: Keep your room until 06.00pm (upon availability) and enter the SPA and wellness area including lunch and cake buffet for 80,00 € per person.

Laundry Service

If you have dirty clothes for the laundry, you find our laundry bag in the wardrobe. Please bring the laundry bag at the reception with the filled out laundry list. Within 24 hours your clothes are back in your room, freshly washed and ironed. The cost will be charged on your hotel bill. In case you prefer a laundry service at a specialized outdoor laundry, the cost of the service will be charged on the room and there is a delivery service surcharge. You wish that we change your bed sheets and towels every day? Please let us know at the reception.

Local products

We rely heavily on the quality of our local products, therefore we source most of our products from regional partners with high quality standards.

Luggage service

We are pleased to assist you with your luggage. For our luggage service please contact the reception. You can leave your bags for free in our luggage room on the day of checking-in and checking-out. We don’t take responsibility for your luggage.

Meal cancellation

If you like to have dinner out, we kindly ask you to inform the reception until 11:00 am. We refund up to € 10,00 per person (for children depending on the age).

Minibar

On your arrival you get tap of spring water free of charge in your room. Your minibar consumptions are automatically charged on your hotel bill. Please inform us at the check-out about what you consumed the last day of your stay.

Mobile phone

We kindly ask you to respect other guests by switching off your mobile phone in the restaurant and SPA area.

Newspapers

At the hotel lobby, you can find current newspapers and magazines to borrow. You can order your own newspaper at the hotel reception. The cost will be charged on your hotel bill.

Pharmacy

The next Pharmacies are located in Obermais, Schenna and Merano city. You can get information about the opening times at the reception.

Pillows and blankets

You like it warm and cozy? You find more blankets in your wardrobe. If you wish more pillows or blankets, please let us know and we will bring it to your room.

Pools

Our pool area is open daily from 07:00am-08:00pm. You find the Mirabell water world on floor -1.

You reach the pool through the stairs in front of the SPA reception. Go downstairs and follow the corridor on the right until you come to the spiral staircase. Go upstairs.

Reception

Our reception is at your disposal for questions and wishes from 7:00 am to 11.00 pm. Please dial 800 for the reception. Our night auditor is at your disposal from 11.00 pm to 07.00 am.

Repairs

In case a reparation is necessary in your room, we apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to report this to the hotel reception. We will solve this for you immediately.

Riding

You can see beautiful horses in the many stables we have in Hafling, for example the "Paurhof", which is a 2 minutes’ walk far, or at the "Sulfnerhof", which is a 3 minutes’ drive from our Hotel. You can also walk there through our “Magic Forest”, which takes approx. 45 minutes. For an unforgettable experience, try to ride these beautiful horses - it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a professional rider, the "Paurhof" and "Sulfnerhof" have very well experienced guides which will inform you about everything! For further information contact the reception.

Room bills

Of course, you can pay your room at any time. Extras will be charged on your room bill and can be settled already on the evening before departure at the reception. We accept EC Cards, Eurocard, Master Card, American Express and Visa.

For an extra charge you can order drinks and meals in your room. Breakfast Room Service: 25,00 € Menu Room Service: 35,00 € Room Service: 5,00 €

Safe

In all rooms, a safe for your valuables is available in the wardrobe. Program: Pull the blue button on the backside of the safe door, when you hear the signal you can enter a code (6 numbers) and press Enter. You have to repeat the same code and press Enter again, then you can close the safe door. Opening: Enter your code and the safe will open. In case of problems, please contact us at the hotel reception. We ask you to leave the safe door open when you are checking out.

Sauna and relaxing rooms

Opening hours: Premium Spa: 11.00 am-07.30 pm Alpin Spa: 01.00 pm-07.30 pm At floor -1 we have a wide variety of saunas and steam baths, relaxation rooms and genuine places of retreat. There is a sauna area, only for adults, called Premium Spa, it is a total naked area. The family and dress-on sauna is called Alpin Spa and it is located next to the Indoor Pool. Our sauna world is a relaxing area. If you like to chat you can do so in the tea bar in the Premium Spa. Please do not leave your towels on the chairs to reserve it.

Shop

Visit our hotel shop at the hotel lobby, where you will find decoration, souvenirs, cloths and gifts for home. It’s open daily for you.

Shopping

For shopping trips we recommend Merano or Bolzano, maps with directions are available at the reception. Also you can visit our hotel shop and enjoy the selection of different South Tyrolean products.

Shuttle service

If you want to go to Merano2000 to Falzeben or to the train station in Merano, we are happy to organize a shuttle or taxi service for you. Payments can be done through the hotel bill. During the winter months, we offer you a free ski shuttle service to the ski slopes Merano 2000. Have a look at the time schedule at the reception.

Skiing

Our free hotel shuttle will carry you in only 5 minutes to Merano2000, to a wonderful network of trails, 45 km of well-kept skiing trails. Trail maps and information are available at the reception. The ski tickets are available at the cable car station in Falzeben.

Ski room

Our ski equipment storage room is located on floor -2.You can reach it easily from the parking garage.

Ski school

The ski School “Merano2000”, offers special ski and private lessons for children and adults. Contact of the ski school for bookings and questions: +39 0473 27 94 04, [email protected]. We are happy to help you with your booking. We ask for your understanding if the ski school bills cannot be paid in your hotel bill.

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in the room, we will charge you 250,00 € for the extra cleaning service. However, you will find an ashtray on the balcony. Furthermore at the bar area you find an exclusive cigar lounge. Um einen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz zu leisten, wird das Zimmer nur dann abgedeckt, wenn das Schild an der Tür befestigt ist.

Spa "Deluxe"

Relax in our Mirabell SPA which you find on floor -1. Our SPA is an oasis of pure relaxation. Choose from our extensive range of treatments your personal wellness dream. We also offer therapeutic massages. For information and appointments, please contact our SPA reception on n. 850 or the hotel reception at n. 800. You find our SPA brochure at the front desk or at the SPA reception. Massages and treatments are available every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. We suggest you to book your treatments on time to make sure your preferred time is available.

Toiletries

If you miss an important toiletry, please contact the reception. We can help you with shavers, toothbrush, toothpaste and more.

Turn-down-service

May we prepare your room for your night? Please hang out the sign “Turn down” to your door handle. In order to contribute to the environment protection, the room is only covered if the sign is attached to the door.

Umbrella

For wet days, you can borrow our umbrella, which you will find at the main entrance.

Wake-up service

We are pleased to do the wakeup call for you, please inform the reception about the requested wake up time.

Weekly program

From Monday to Sunday we inform you in our morning brochure and at the notice board at the reception about our body and mind program and kids program. Many activities like yoga, Pilates, guided walking tours and much more with our qualified fitness coach, will expect you.

Wine shop

Our wine sommelier will be happy to advise you on the wine that best matches your meal. In our wine shop we sell national and international top quality wines. Take a bottle of wine as a gift for home.
