Underground Parking:
In the underground garage, a free parking space is available for each apartment. If you need a second parking space, it can be booked based on availability for an additional fee of €10/day.

E-Charging Station for Cars:
We have 2 charging stations for your car. You can charge your car there. The card needed for charging is located on the device. Please record the kWh charged in the block next to it so we can calculate it at checkout. We charge €0.50/kWh.

Bicycle Storage:
In the underground garage, there is a video-monitored, lockable bicycle storage room, which is also equipped with a small workshop. You can also charge your e-bikes there.

Bicycle Rental:
In our bicycle storage, 5 bicycles (hanging on the bike rack) are available for you to use free of charge. You can use them at any time without reservation; just sign in the list. If a bicycle is broken, please let us know so we can repair it for the next guest and ensure that we always have well-equipped bicycles available.

E-Bike Rental:
If you would like to rent an e-bike, you can choose a bike at http://www.e-bikeverleih.it, order it directly, and the bike will be delivered in the morning along with a helmet and lock, and picked up from us in the evening. You can conveniently order it yourself through the website http://www.e-bikeverleih.it, or you can also come by our reception, and we will be happy to order it for you.

Drinks:
In the refrigerator directly at the entrance to the underground garage, you will find a wide selection of drinks: our own wine Gregori (Vernatsch), our homemade apple juice without sugar and preservatives, as well as several wines from local wineries, beer, and sparkling wine. Feel free to take your drinks; please record it in the list, and we will charge it at your departure. The price list is posted on the refrigerator. We have excellent water that springs directly from the Mendel and is of outstanding drinking quality. You just need to turn on the tap to have excellent drinking water, so you don’t have to carry water bottles all the time.

Towel Change:
Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we do not change towels daily. If you need fresh towels, you can request them free of charge at any time, preferably from our staff member Marianna or at the reception.

Washing Machine and Dryer:
In the basement (right next to the entrance of the underground garage), you will find a washing machine and a dryer that you can use at any time – cost €2.50 per wash cycle and €2.50 per use of the dryer.

Apartment Amenities:
In your apartments, you will find a small basic supply of cosmetic and household items:
– High-quality cosmetic products from Luis Trenkern
– High-quality, recyclable toilet paper
– Nespresso capsules
– Dishwasher tabs
– Sponges
– Filter bags for coffee machines

If you need additional products, you can purchase them at our reception.

Waste Separation:
We place great importance on sustainability and therefore separate our waste very carefully. In the underground garage, you will find several bins where you can sort your waste.
