An eventful holiday day begins with a good and wholesome breakfast. With us, you can really indulge yourself every morning and start the new day healthy and fit. From savoury to sweet – there is something for every taste! High-quality products from the region are served. Try homemade jams and honey, local yoghurt, homemade cakes, crispy bread and fresh fruit from our garden. Savoury treats such as fine sausage and cheese specialities from the region and delicious egg dishes are also available. Order refreshing juices, teas made from hand-picked fruits & herbs of South Tyrol or a good coffee directly at the table. We are happy to spoil our little guests with a warm milk or hot chocolate. The best place to enjoy breakfast is on our panoramic sun terrace on nice days or in our cosy warm breakfast room when the temperatures are cooler. On request, we will be happy to serve you a great breakfast in your suite. There is no better way to start your holiday!

Young, light and regional. The best of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine. Our gastronomic offer takes into account the recommendations of a balanced diet. Thus, our kitchen works according to the principle “regional and seasonal”: As far as possible, we use products and ingredients of regional origin and thus support our local producers and farmers. In addition, we pay attention to seasonality when using fruit and vegetables in order to avoid long journeys and extended refrigeration chains for your dishes.

Healthy tradition, fresh and deliciously prepared! Pure air, fresh spring water and a mild climate are the first prerequisites for our farmers to produce unique products. Carefully cultivated and cautiously developed traditions are an important ingredient. Of course, we offer specialities from our region! In addition to breakfast, enjoy our Schüttelbrot and fresh meat from the butcher around the corner. A speck snack with Schüttelbrot, our well-known dumplings and Schlutzer or the shepherd’s macaroni are certainly recommended.
