The Frisch/Kapuziner Bakery opened in April 1994 in via Dante in Brunico. The owner Josef Lechner successfully the bakery with his eleven employees. The excellent quality of its pastry spread quickly.

From West: Brenner Motorway A22 – exit Bressanone/Val Pusteria. Take road SS49 direction Bruneck/Brunico (approx. 28 km).
From East: Take the road from Lienz/Eastern Tyrol to Bruneck/Brunico (approx. 73 km).
