The following cancellation fees apply:

• We recommend to stipulate the following travel insurance
• Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival
• For cancellations from 19 to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations from 2 days before arrival or a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged

You can already do the check-in from your home. Fill out the online reservation form, which you will receive by email before arrival, with all the important information – then everything will be ready for check-in when you arrive. Alternatively, you can send us a copy or a legible photo of your identity card by email. We look forward to your arrival and when the time comes, we will greet you with the specified minimum distance, but with a warm smile.

It is important for the safety of all of us that we obey the rules. This also includes covering the mouth and nose if the minimum distance required by law is not observed. There are no minimum distances between guests who have the same place of residence at home or who live in the same room on vacation. Forgotten or at home? Face masks and disinfectants are available from us.

Hygiene and cleanliness have always been very important to us. We clean and disinfect all areas in our house several times a day. We only use antibacterial and disinfecting cleaning products. The rooms themselves are ventilated, cleaned and disinfected particularly thoroughly with every guest change. Floors, furniture, cutlery, dishes and glasses as well as all surfaces of the entire accommodation are disinfected before each arrival. Towels, carpets and bed linen are washed at 90 °. If you need disposable gloves and disinfectant gel for hand hygiene or disinfectants for surfaces, we will be happy to provide them to you.

For the sake of all of our health, we ask you to keep theb required minimum distance from other guests in the spa and wellness area. Numerous deck chairs are at your disposal so that you can relax with the necessary distance.
