The route loops around the church of St. Peter on a terrain which alternates between gravel, asphalt and wood and meadow trails.

The loop route starts at the roundabout in Völs am Schlern, leads you on the Völs loop route to below Untervöls and circles around the Peterbühl before looping round past the Pfaffenbühl and back to the set-off point.
