The tour leads from the Seiser Alm valley station along the old road until just before Völs, and from there, on to Ums. At the turning point of the route, you will find a little fountain where you can stop off to quench your thirst. The route leads over gravel and asphalt and can also be run in the other direction, starting and ending in Ums.
