The start point of the loop route, which takes you to Tisens, passes Lieg and leads on to Tagusens, is in Kastelruth. From the village centre, the tail takes you to Tisens and on to Tagusens. It then carries on through woods and meadows to the Tamineshof farm and past the Lafoglerhof farm back to the start point of the route. The terrain is both gravel and asphalt.
