The butcher´s shop Poernbacher in Olang is led now by its 3rd generation. The art of butcher is a family tradition. Since the foundation in 1946 of the family business by Karl Poernbacher near the train station in Olang, the name of Poernbacher is a guarantee for all the meat products. In year 1971 his son Oswald Poernbacher went on with his fatjer business and moved the shop right in the center of Olang near kronplaty. That strategic position helped in the business and increased the profit and the productivity. Since 2001 also Oswald Poernbacher´s son Alexander begun to work as butcher and works nowaday as manager of the production. Since then are working there also two professional butchers and produce the specialties that are available to be sold. Our products are made in the same way since 3 generations.
