The farm, which has its own dairy and goat’s milk products, is situated on a hill located in very quiet area with a beautiful view of the Valle Aurina/Ahrntal. The dairy is furnished 2006 and at the same time was switched over to organic agriculture.

The speciality cheese of pure goat’s milk is an original product of the farm Kleinstahlhof. Of course biologic! A real delicacy for everyone. Cheese made from goat’s milk is naturally easy to digest and are therefore better tolerated than dairy products made from cow’s milk.
