Kaltern counts many different places that are especially reserved for children to play. The playground at the district Lavardi-Barleit has really a lot of different attractions to offer to the little ones: swings, slides, a sandbox but also climbing frames, table tennis as well as a football field. The little ones will be spoilt for choice.

Approach

From the village centre of Kaltern go on towards Via Barleit and from there follow the directions  “Barleiterweg” or “Wanderweg  zum Kalterer See”/ walking path to Lake Kaltern. Once you have passed by the residential area of Barleit-Lavardi, you will find the playground just at the beginning of the walking path leading to Lake Kaltern.
