From Taufers im Münsteral along/ Tubre in Val Monastero the Mühlweg trail past the last houses of the village, across the bridge to the Avingawiesen meadows. Following a wide forest trail, surrounded by the untouched nature of the Avingatal valley, the pasture of the Mangitzalm alpine pasture and the hut itself are reached. Continue on trail no. 1 following to Mitteralm alpine pasture. Both pastures are not open to the public.
