Follow the main road from the centre of Seis towards Völs am Schlern and, at the end of the village, vis-à-vis the entrance to the craftsmen’s zone, take path no. 11. The trail leads through meadows and forests without any significant difference in altitude past St. Konstantin and St. Anton to Völs. Return along the same route or by bus.
