If you want to make your day even more romantic, decide for a winter hike for young and old. Where there were wide meadows in spring, summer and autumn, wide white snowfields spread out now. Enjoy a white and quiet Meltina!


The first destination, the Bacherhof, is situated in a quiet location and is ideal for families with children.

The church of St. Ulrich was built in Romanesque style and was rebuilt in 1859. Here, hikers enjoy a great view of the surrounding white mountains.

Details

If you start at Salonetto you can take path no. 13A and you will arrive in approximately 1 hours directly at the farm Bacherhof. Starting from here you take path no 13 to “Hohlweg” from where you take path no. 15 St. Ulrich (in 40 minutes). If you take now the way no. 15 you will arrive again in approximately 40 minutes at Salonetto, your starting point.

Approach
If you come by car from Brennero, take the motorway A22 until the exit “Bozen Süd”. Here you can take the highway MeBo in direction to Merano (SS38) until you reach the exit of Terlano. At Terlano begins the mountain road to Mölten. You can also take the MEBO exit of Vilpiano and take the cable car to Schlaneid / Mölten.
