Starting point is the car park Zans (1680 m). Via the forest road trail no. 33 to Kirchwiesl (1837 m), a small plain. From there follow the forest road (trail no. 32) to the hut Kaserillalm (1920 m). Continue along the winter hiking trail to the hut Gampenalm. From there, descend a bit via the toboggan run to the Gampen meadows. Keep left and follow the winter hiking trail back to the starting point.
