At the tourist office in Taisten, pass the garage on your right and continue uphill past the “Marenklhof” until you find the signs “Bergbauernhof Seppila” and “Nr. 38 B”. There, turn left and continue on the paved road until you reach the hamlet Haspa (1360 m). On the same road, return again to the tight left bend and the sign number 21 A. Now turn right through a magnificent stretch of wood until you reach the first crossroad. Walk uphill, past the old mill and keep straight on the paved road all the way to the edge of the forest. Now continue on the windy route through snow-covered meadows and fields and past traditional farms. Enjoy the breath-taking view of the Dolomites in the southeast before you get to an important crossing at 1498 m that sharply changes your direction to the left. Continue on the mountain road, following the signposts number 31 and 56 along the observation point Guggenberg down to the Unterrainer Straße. From there, continue left past the Hotel Alpen Tesitin and back to the starting point.
