From the parking area “Winnebachtal/Val Vena” you hike belong the mark 23 trought the valley to the hut “Astnerbergalm” (open from may to octobre). After the hut the path gets a little bit steeper, but after the little waterfall begins the comfortable part of the tour, which will bring you to the hut and lake “Tiefrasten”(every day open from May to November).
Approach
By car, it is easily accessible from the A22 (Brenner motorway), exit Bressanone/Brixenin Val Pusteria/Pustertal, Vandoies/Vintl, turn left on Sonnenstraße road until you arrive at Terento/Terenten.
