Sëurasas “over the rock” is part of the most impressive lookout points of Val Gardena. From here you can experience the view on the three main towns of the valley. The legend tells that once instead of the lake there was a chapel, which was defiled due to the dances of the herdsmen. For that reason the chapel sank into the ground and was replaced by the lake, which nowadays tells the story of the celebrations of the herdsmen thanks to its fascinating lights.
