Beginning in Seis village centre, follow the Burgfrieden road towards St. Oswald along the trail no. 7a in a constant, gentle downhill passing the Malenger mill until you get to the hamlet St. Oswald. Return by bus no. 177 or on foot along the sunny trail no. 7 up to Seis.(ca. 1:15 h to St. Oswald; 3 h for the loop route)
