Take the wide track until just before the Lazinser Hof inn. Then 20 m after the bridge turn left into a steep, rather sparse larch forest. Climb up the winding bends up until reaching the edge of the forest and continue up the slope to a lake at the top of the hill. The Erenspitze summit can be seen, but remains inaccessible.

Descent: Same as the ascent, leading down magnificent slopes and through the forest.
