If you have always wanted to be very close to the Ortler, the Langenstein chairlift is the best choice. With the lift you can get directly to the foot of King Ortler without much effort. From the mountain station you can also reach the Payer hut, Tabaretta hut and Hintergrat hut as well as the Schaubach hut and even the Bergl hut, which is located on the transformer side of Trafoi.
Season: 20.06.2020 – 03.10.2020
From 21 September, the chairlift will be open every second day until 27th september (on odd days).
Opening hours: 8.30am – 12.20pm and 13.30pm – 17pm (18. Juli – 23. August to 17.50pm)
