From the parking area Saltnerstein (Gasserhütte) on Stöfflhütte and Latzfonser Cross (highestpilgrimage site in Europe) to the summit of Kassianspitze in the Sarntal Alps.
We follow the path nr. 15 from the parking near the lodge Gasser to the lodge Stöffl. Than we hike on the way nr. 15A till the way ends in way nr. 1 which leads to the cross of Latzfons. It is also possible to ascend the peak of the Kassian from that point (ca. 1 ½ hour for the tour, 280 metres in altitude). The way back corresponds to the description above.
