At the Pustertaler main bike route at the historical brigde you branch into the Antholzertal / Valle Anterselva valley. You pass the Camping Corones and along the river you reach to Oberrasen. Near the riverside you follow the way to Antholz Niedertal. In Antholz Niedertal you cycle through the village and along the main street you come to Antholz Mittertal.
