We cycle northwards from the train station in Mals across the centre, reaching from the edge of the village on the old country road towards Planeil. In front of the Sackhof turn right on the bridge and follow the sign-posting. This tour contains partly quiet sharp forest road ramps on the northern slope below the Spitzigen Lun (2,324 m). Along the road of the alp it goes on in the wonderful deserted mostly isolated valley. After several sharp rises we deserve a “Marend” on the alp Planeil and enjoy ward-winning cheese and the view. Downwards same as upwards and from Planeil along the main road back to Mals.
