The hiking begins in the center of Partschins/Parcines. Follow the trail n° 7A to the  Graswegerkeller inn. From there continue on the trail n° 7 direction Niederhaushof. Here starts the Partschinser Höhenweg/Parcines High Path with the trail n° 23. This trail is a narrow footpath, sure-footedness and a good head for heights are required.The Partschinser Höhenweg/Parcines High Path leads you to the famous waterfall of Partschins/Parcines and the Wasserfall inn, passing the Eggerhof farm and the Prünster inn. In front of the Wasserfall in you can find the bus stop of the bus line 265.Head down the valley (trail n° 8B) to the Birkenwald inn. From here follow trail n° 1 downhill to the Winklerhof farm/inn and over the suspension bridge and the Sonnenbergweg trail back to Partschins/Parcines.
