Start in Sexten/Sesto with the cablecar to the “Helm/Monte Elmo”.  From there to the “Hahnspielhütte/Rifugio Gallo Cedrone” and further on a wide and well paved road towards the “Sillianerhütte/Rifugio Sillianer” until “Hornischegg”. Turn to the right; in the beginning a slightly flowing trail, but then relatively steep with many curves towards the “Negerdörfl/Sette baracche”, further to Moos/Moso. There wi turn left on the path n° 13 to “Signaue”, where we take the cablecar to the “Stiergarten”. From there follow the path to the “Nemes Alm/Malga Nemes” and  then turn to the right towards the “Kreuzberg Pass/Passo Monte Croce”.  Passing the lake “Schwarzsee” on a partially technical trail you arrive to the campsite and then continue towards the “Hennstall/Rifugio Pollaio” and back to Moos. From there follow the path to the lift station “Rotwand/Crodarossa” and take the cablecar to the mountain station. Follow the path n° 17 to turn back to Moos/Moso and Sexten/Sesto.
