Mölten is embedded in mountain meadows and oriented towards the sun and the mountain Tschögglberg. It is centrally located and only a short drive away from Merano and Bolzano.

Mölten is also called the quiet centre of the Tschögglberg. The mountain village is situated at an altitude of 1,140 m in the middle of one of the most beautiful regions in South Tyrol with its wide plateaus. The extraordinary landscape invites the visitor to a relaxing holiday.

The hike from Mölten to the Gschnofer Stall offers a varied experience for young and old. The vegetation changes along the trail.

The Gschnoferstall is very quiet and well situated. You can enjoy the sun on the forecourt of the hut and for children there is a small playground and some animals to discover. At the hut you are already awaited with delicious and typical South Tyrolean dishes, which invite you to taste.
