In Antholz Mittertal you cross the main road to the farm Rieder. We walk on the trail no. 1 into the valley, passing the Camping Antholz to reachAntholz Obertal. There we turn left and follow the path no. 9, cross the main road to reach the other side of the valley. Now we walk on the path no. 4 in direction to the Schwörzalm hut and at the crossroad we follow the Frenchman Path no. 11 to the farm Egger. We walk down to the village and back to the starting point.
