The Lagazuoi cable car connects the Falzarego Pass (2105 m) with the Lagazuoi mountain. The mountain station at 2732 meters is located just below the summit of Mt. Lagazuoi (2778 m). Going up to Lagazuoi, a place rich in nature, spectacular landscapes and history – traces of the First World War are still visible here – is a unique experience both in summer and in winter. In summer the Lagazuoi area offers a rich range of possibilities for excursions of all tastes, first of all the excursion-visit to the Lagazuoi Gallery and the trekking on the Kaiserjäger trail. In winter the Lagazuoi is a destination not to be missed for all lovers of skiing and of the Dolomite panoramas. Two ski slopes descend from Lagazuoi, including the Armentarola slope with over 8 km along breathtaking landscapes. Certainly, one of the most fascinating slopes in the Dolomites.
