Ideal continuation from lake Klaussee to return to the mountian station. Trail no. 33b hike time: 1hrs modest elevation gain from Lake Klaussee. The trail starts from the lake, passes through moraine hills, by an old cattle shed and reaches the “Breite Rast”, where there is a fantastic view of the Zillertal Alps. From there, one can either descend to the upper cableway station or continue crossing the “Großklausental” and “Ploden”, to St. Jacob or Steinhaus.
