The tour can be started from Resia, or from the Malga Resia/Reschener Alm at 2,000 m, which is open in summer and also in winter. The long way from Resia at the northern end of the village starts along the route number 5 to Vallierteck. Here it turns right and over meadows the route arrives the Malga Resia. Behind the alpine pasture following the military road in northern direction, then the path no. 5 turn left. After about 40 minutes we reach a cross that stands at a magnificent vantage point. From here, the further route can be seen clearly up to the peak.
