Safety

Your safety is very important to us. That is why you can feel at home with us: Rooms are particularly thoroughly aired, cleaned and disinfected each time guests change. Floors, furniture, cutlery, crockery and glasses, as well as all surfaces of the entire accommodation are disinfected before each arrival. Towels, carpets and bed linen are washed to 90°. We do not use bedspreads, decorative upholstery or decorative blankets at this time. However, if you need any of these, just let us know.

There is a disinfection dispenser in the entrance area and the hallway and stairwell are also disinfected daily.

If you need disposable gloves and disinfectant gel for hand hygiene or disinfectant for surfaces, we will be happy to provide them.

All of our employees wear the prescribed mouth protection.
Particularly exposed surfaces such as door handles as well as other surfaces are disinfected on an ongoing basis – there are disinfection stations in every building.
all employees are trained and instructed – and of course under health observation and control.
Mouth and face protection as well as gloves are part of the basic equipment.

For the safety of all of us, it is important that we follow the rules. This includes covering the mouth and nose unless the legally prescribed distance is observed.
