Parking
The parking space is available for our customers free of charge, garage space depends on availability. For electric charging point space, please ask at the reception.
No-smoking house
For reasons of health and consideration for others, we kindly ask you not to smoke on the balconies and in the areas around our house. Pra Palmer the green B&B applies the standards of the Green Building Council Italy, which guarantees the quality of the air that adults and children breathe inside and outside the building.

Bus stop
The bus stop is a two-minute walk away. Simply exit at the main entrance and follow the road on the left. Public transport throughout South Tyrol can be used free of charge with the Val Gardena Mobil Card.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house.
Pharmacy
If you have any health problems, please do not hesitate to ask at the reception desk, we will be happy to provide you with the information you need.
Reception
For hiking, excursion or event suggestions as well as any additional information, we are at your disposal. Culinary tips are particularly important to us. We are happy to recommend restaurants and to make reservations for you. Simply ask at the reception or call us by name, we are Carolin and Alexander. It is our pleasure to be able to help you! Ps. Our family is important to us, so we are not always present at the B&B, but we are always available for you.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Outside and on the balconies, we ask you to show respect for non-smoking guests as well. Enjoy the special smell of the natural wood and our flowering meadow.
Safe-box
There is a safe in each hotel room for storing objects of value. Please consult the instructions on the safe for information on how to use it.

Our philosophy
We’re at our happiest here in our beautiful mountains, the Dolomites. They always make us feel protected and safe, whether we’re taking a leisurely stroll through the mountain meadows or pushing forth on a mission to conquer the mountain peaks. Alongside nature, our family is also important to us – that’s why you won’t see us here at all times, although we’re always there to help you, to enjoy a pleasant chat, and give you some suggestions for day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
